Without Direction

I'd say take some time off from what you're doing when you can and take a good look at the root of what's causing you to remain stagnant. Then make a plan to resolve the situation from that root cause and go read up different solutions in a book that'll help yourself figure out a solution from all of that reading, and hen take action from that solution and see if it works.
